Meditation and prayer as continuous exercises grant inner strength and bring light to our lives.

”A divine message for the heart: Illuminate every thought, every word, every act of life with this supernatural light.”
Santiago Bovisio

Let us welcome this supernatural light into our hearts, which, like sunlight, warms and gives life.

Each ray carries a message of hope and love. It illuminates the darkest corners of our being, nourishes every organ in our body, and touches the heart.
It originates from the heart and purifies our thoughts, feelings, words, and actions, setting the rhythm of our lives with its pulse.

The radiance of this light that illuminates our inner being is what moves us along the journey of self-discovery and the daily practice of acts of love and hope.

It is a journey of self-discovery in the sense that knowing ourselves and being mindful of what we feel and think gives us the opportunity to make conscious choices about how we want to live, which thoughts and feelings we want to nurture, and which we simply let go of.

Nurturing thoughts that shed light on our positive choices proves beneficial, even in difficult situations when solutions appear elusive.

Taking time to allow the supernatural light to flow through us gives us the ability to see beyond the darkness.

Let us be inspired by practices that “illuminate life,” such as meditation, prayer, and, of course, acts of kindness.

Meditation helps us know ourselves, evaluate our thoughts and actions, and perceive whether what we are living aligns with our inner aspirations and highest values. It helps us fulfill generous purposes.

Prayer purifies our being, quiets our mind, helps us embrace humility and understanding, and expands our love. It opens channels of communication with our most intimate and elevated selves.

Meditation and prayer cultivate a state of inner silence, which, among other benefits, aids us in developing the habit of patience. This practice enables us to manage automatic reactions, thereby creating a space for discernment between the stimuli we face and the responses we provide.

Our actions arise from our thoughts and feelings.

If these are good and positive, the actions will be too. Our conscience offers insights into when and how our actions reflect—or fail to reflect—our aspiration for a meaningful and elevated life.

Illuminated thoughts result in healing words and constructive acts.

This inner light can turn negative thoughts into positive ones, transform harsh words into kind ones, and change selfish actions into altruistic ones. Thus, following this supernatural light changes our lives and the lives of those around us.

We cannot have a relationship with others that differs from the one we have with ourselves.

Cultivating a relationship of love, understanding, and compassion toward ourselves leads to a loving connection with others, life, and the compassionate essence that resides within and illuminates us.

Embracing this light, this divine essence does not guarantee the absence of difficult days, challenges to confront, or pains to endure. Rather, it provides serene strength and inner clarity, aligning our spirit with the purpose we seek to give our lives.

Welcoming this light serves as a balm for relationships, transforming rigidity into gestures of understanding, words of kindness, and compassionate love, which foster bonds and dismantle walls.

Daily decisions become richer and more deliberate, guided by this light that reveals truth, fosters courage, and diminishes selfishness, paving the way for participation.

Integrating this light signifies a choice to lead a meaningful life, nurturing fulfillment and hope.It involves expanding our state of awareness.

By allowing and enabling this supernatural light to penetrate and illuminate every thought, feeling, word, and action, we transform ourselves into an Inner Temple.
